Great experience and they saved my day. I flew to Detroit to buy equipment and they were able to help me from the quote to the loading dock. Rachel Young helped me on quote and paperwork, I believe Jason on the site processed the order and loading. I tried FedEx freight for dropping off in person and they weren't helpful at all.
I wish I could give 0 stars to review this company. I am an interior designer and I receive MANY deliveries. This company is by far my worst experience. I had two orders scheduled for deliver to two different addresses- one for tile that I paid $500 to ship and one for a pair of screen doors. Just having two orders for delivery completely threw them for a loop. Once that was squared away, we settled on delivering both orders to one address.
