ABF will go above and beyond when it comes to moving commercial and personal freight. The ABF team has been moving our freight from two facilities in two different states with little to no issues. They also did my home move when I transferred and was handled amazingly and professionally.
We were called last week regarding an upcoming shipment by ABF today, Monday 10/23. The dispatcher Liz, said to call at 7 this morning to find out the time. We were told the delivery would occur prior to 9:30am. Come 10:30 am still no delivery, no call to say they would be late, advise what time they would show or if they would show, so we called them. These guys went above and beyond for us. When our roads were posted right after ordering our shipment they were still able to get it to us.We had already used them once for our move across the country and this was our second experience. Both times they were great.
