ABF is the worst in the freight business, They called me about a shipment coming in, when I returned the call they told me they didn't call and hung up on me, The driver arrived with freight with a liftgate truck but refused to unload with the liftgate saying it was not paid, (it was paid) Told us he would take the freight back and deliver some other time when paid. Basically held us hostage against our needed freight. Terrible service starts at the top. Get your crap together ABF

Fidel was super helpful however everyone else that works here dropped the ball. Paula is a clueless employee. Bart should not be working in customer service and should be fired. Very rude and clueless. Josh while friendly and helpful didn't follow through and had to fix his mistake, which he did but it was a headache to deal with and should've been done right the first time. I would avoid working with them in the future.

An absolute nightmare of a carrier. As a small business owner(online e-commerce store) in these times you have to try and find value. ABF's rate was competitive and being I've used them before with mostly smooth sailing I chose them again to move a high $ value crate of material from NY to Phoenix . My parcel which is 150"L x18"W x15"H weighing in at 650 pounds has virtually vanished.i tracked it while it of town to find : Picked up Oct 23rd in NY and noted to be delivered to me Nov.7 (a week late) with a asterisk *possible ... read more
