Absolute disaster. 16 days for 1 piece from MO to NC. Offered to pickup from delivering terminal but they had given it to a local cartage company that cannot be reached. Never again will I use ABF.
Had a shipment that was supposed to deliver days ago. I called about it and was told that they have had several drivers that were not working. I was also told that they will not deliver the shipment today. I offered to come pick it up at the terminal. I was told that pick up is not possible because no one will be there until late this evening. I ask why I was not notified several days ago? They offered no explanation other than no drivers were available. This is totally unacceptable customer service!
