How is this company still in business with such low reviews. My experience with this has been HORRIBLE. They really scrape the bottom to get drivers. The drivers are angry, rude, and have zero training on how to speak in a courteouos manner with customer. The dispath personnel are even worse. Why would you hire these people???
Absolutely horrendous customer service. I called earlier this week and spoke to Michelle. They gave a 12 hr delivery window. I told her I have a busy schedule and 12 hrs is too wide. She advised me to call back 25 hrs prior. I called back in that timeframe and she denied she even said it. The reviews with this company are low and definitely valid. When they deliver my first package a week ago I was asked if I had someone to offload the truck. Home Depot specifically annotated that delivery was to garage. Why would I pay $55 ... read more
Terrible service
My husband had a delivery scheduled for Angleton. We were prepared for a few rings to jump through, but ABF/Arc Best Freight was awesome. They made a few exceptions based on my unique circumstances. Lisa, Jesus and Jim (the delivery driver) were on point. Each of them had great Customer Service, they followed up when they said they would and were always pleasant to talk to. They took away our anticipated frustrations and provided us with an outstanding experience. Thank you!
