They lost my order; I’ve been waiting for over a week. It’s under warranty, but because of them, I’m losing that coverage. If they can't handle logistics properly, they shouldn't accept orders—they’re just wasting people's time with their poor service.

Based on what I was told via phone, I was about to give a 1 star review. However, the driver finally came; albeit without adequate notice. I was originally told I'd get a phone call an hour ahead and what I got was a text about 18 minutes before they got there. The ridiculousness is providing a 12 HOUR window for a residential delivery for which someone obviously has to be home. 12 hours? Are they paying my salary, because my time is money. How is this company still in business with such low reviews. My experience with this has been HORRIBLE. They really scrape the bottom to get drivers. The drivers are angry, rude, and have zero training on how to speak in a courteouos manner with customer. The dispath personnel are even worse. Why would you hire these people???
