I’ve used this company multiple times for interstate moves, but only the Sumner office provided rude customer service. Juatia Patterson was rude and made us feel like we were bothering her when we asked simple questions. I strongly advise against using this office or ABF if their staff is disrespectful. Paying 7,000 to 10,000 dollars for a move deserves better customer service. Left 200 pound pallet of product, that was required to be signed for by manufacturer, in my driveway, blocking my properties gate. Calling to schedule and asking for instructions on delivery, acknowledging that signatures were required were clearly disregarded, in addition to leaving a property inaccessible by owners is beyond incompetence. Receptionist could clearly care less, "Drivers are too busy...". If you have the option, request a different carrier!
