I have gotten hit by one of their trucks, and was given their information to call their company for insurance claim. No issues with driver, he took responsibility and was very respectful. However, when calling this company over the incident the lady working on crash claim was awful. Personally should get fired for the way she spoke to me, she even hung up on my once forcing to me to reconnect to call again.

Well, here's proof that the organization is shady, esp in Dallas. I responded to the owner earlier today and I received the same response as I have in the past. A Generic computer generated response I guess they don't like to hear the truth about their company. Warning Do not usr this company!! We had to use them in an emergency situation going from Missouri to Dallas. Was given wrong info by brokers, was being charged for storage space not used, customer service won't verify, basically said come to us and prove it, I'm 500 miles away. Then while trying to resolve storage issues and transportation issues, company threatened to sell my items.
