I can’t believe how hard it is to get my package even willing to go to the facility to pick it up. Why customer service needs to be so rude. I told the female that was helping me that I was willing to go and pick it up, She said no. I would need to wait for them to call me, okay thats fine but three days straight with the same story. Also this is after my package said it arrives a Tuesday and now is over a week.

Worst service. I had ordered something for my research at school and the delivery was supposed to come within two days. But when it did not get delivered after 10 days I called them and they said it won’t be able to be delivered for 3 more days. This is ridiculous, do not use this service.

Horrible service. I had an AC delivered and the delivery guy parked on the other side of the street, one building down from mine. And told me multiple times that he won’t deliver to my apartment. Yeah I get that. You should still deliver to the building tho. The address is the building not on the other side of the street, in front of the building next door. I had to fight to get the AC deliver in the building. Go figure!
