My accident was over 3 years ago and just before Covid lockdown. Needless to say I had a lot on my plate. I was trying to handle this on my own with the other insurance company. It was not a good idea. I finally decided to call Abeyta Nelson. It was the best decision I had ever made. I would definitely call them if I ever needed them again.

There was a time years ago Abeyta Nelson was without a doubt a top tier law firm in our State. Not the case any longer. From an attorneys lawyer son never returning calls, to an office manager completely lacking the necessary mental skills to do her job correctly, if she is ever actually at the office, to a daughter working the front desk that is completely unqualified and fully incompetent. This has all slowly festered and trickled throughout this firm.

I am sure they have excellent attorneys who do a good job for their clients. My wife went in to inquire about a traffic accident she was in to explore her options. They would not take the case as they didn't feel they could win, since neither side was accepting blame in the collision.
