By far the best pharmacy I have used. They have my medication ready for me when I need them it without having to call them. I no longer work in Beaumont but kept them as my pharmacy as the exceptional customer service is worth it

It's great that they're willing to return packages, but it's absolutely ridiculous that they only accept them during a specific time window. I couldn't quite hear the pharmacist from the back corner, but I think she said it was between 1 and 4? What difference does it make what time a Purolator drop-off happens? Even when they do accept packages, the customer service is poor. I had to package it myself and carry it to the back corner of what felt like a storage closet. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Location! This place should not even be called a Purolator drop-off location. The staff (likely the manager) was extremely rude. As soon as I mentioned that I’d never done a drop-off before and just wanted to confirm how it works, all I heard from behind the counter—without even being greeted—was that drop-offs are only accepted from 1–4 PM, Monday to Friday. Having dealt with many pharmacies AbEx pharmacy stands out. The staff is exceptional friendly, patient, and highly knowledgeable. They make you feel like a valued human being. The process of filling a prescription here is fast and stress-free. Wait times are short, and the pharmacists always take their time to answer questions thoroughly and clearly.
