I work for my family's CNC manufacturing company, and back in October 2021 Abet agreed to EDM some parts for us that have a complex spline in the ID. They had run the parts before, so we didn't think twice about sending more for them to complete. They acknowledged receipt of the PO and proceeded to do absolutely nothing. We have reached out numerous times via phone and email with zero response. At the very least, we asked for our blanks to be sent back so we could find another company to complete them for us.
