Dr Pham has a severe lack of care towards any patient as well as his long standing patients. I do not recommend this practice. Find a Dr that has a genuine interest in your well being.

I would not recommend Dr H Pham to others due to his low level of Patient care and lack of compassion. After seeing him for over a decade on a weekly basis my father suffered a severe heart attack and passed away. When Dr H. Pham was called to provide the authorites with a Death Certificate he dismissed them stating he will do it tomorrow. My father lay on the floor for over 4 hours as we tirelessly managed to finally find another Dr to produce the certificate to peacefully put him to rest. Abesway, you should look at getting a new receptionist who actually has an ounce of customer service skills and a slight touch of professionalism when dealing with other professionals. Your receptionist is absolutely disgraceful with no manners whatsoever. I would never recommend anyone to this doctor surgery, given the lack of care ad compassion your receptionist has towards your patients.
