This is my favorite pool store. Abe and company are extremely helpful, they have high-quality standard supplies and a million niche parts.
Bad experience overall, I been waiting over a month to get a refund on a product we took back and they kept. The manager has not called us I have called several times and he is never there or returns my calls. We purchased a motor for our pool and it was overheating not working properly. They said they would test it to see if it was the motor. I have been patient with waiting on a response but this has not been a good customer service experience.
Kim and Abe are fantastic, patient and soooo knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help and the knowledge you share.
Was given a phone number to call, and upon calling, the voicemail lectures you about not leaving a voicemail and to call the shop. How is this guy rude and I haven't even spoken to him yet? If you can't manage a voicemail, you can't manage a business and your reviews show it.
