I came at 9:10 and I was told that the last wash is at 9pm and I told him I would be done by 10:15 and showed him that on line it says 11pm and I was told that it says that but the last was is at 9pm which means its false information it should say 9 not 11 and while he was telling me this i was looking at someone putting detergent in a washer i am a regular thats why the one star

I was here yesterday night and the laundry mat smelled like pure weed. I believe that a laundromat should not be smelling that way, but I guess that’s what happens to me for coming at night when I come in the daytime which I usually do that never happens the service is phenomenal and the employee is nice and kind and helpful. I will not be coming at night anymore. I will keep my daytime. I feel more safe and more comfortable with the service. She is phenomenal.

The most unprofessional and terrible attitude pink haired young woman needs to be fired! She should not be in any type of customer service job. She acts and looks miserable and bored most of the time when she doesn't have her phone glued to her ear even when she has a customer standing in front of her. She should be ashamed of her behavior since she is representing the owner of this business. She definitely makes a point of saying how she is really good friends with the owner.
