I give this garage door repair company 2 thumbs up! They offered next day service and showed up right on time*which was after I got home from work..late evening*. My garage problem was fixed within 25 minutes. Casey showed me what was wrong and even repaired some other areas that needed attention. Casey..I hope that was his name.. cant remember *sorry*...was polite, nice, and very easy to talk to. GREAT WORK GUYS!!!
None were as welcoming as that of this garage door company. Upon calling they greeted me with warm smiles. Not only do they have a wide selection of garage doors, they also have great price. Joee and company have really gone the extra mile to make sure that customer service is top priority. I highly recommend this garage door company as they are THE leader in garage door service!
This was the first time we used this company and we were extremely satisfied with the service. Joe, our certified technician, was clearly very knowledgeable and capable. He arrived at the time I was told and was able to address our problem. We made this call cold, based on a yellow pages ad, but could not have been more pleased. I definitely will call this company in the future!
Rick was our technician and he was extremely friendly. He explained in detail what the issue was, the recommended fix, and how long it would take him to fix. After the repairs, my door is working better than ever.
