I personally have no idea how they have a 4.9 star review. Truck sat for four months without them being able to figure out what was wrong and then fixed something that was never an issue and they were told not to fix it, but did anyway they decided that they were gonna charge for it and not give the keys back until it was paid for! Never called to say they were changing out or asked for permission. I will not be bringing any vehicles over to this shop for any reason! It was a very disappointing shop. I took it there for Lack of power but they couldn’t solve the problem a replacing my key switch. Which I told the shop three different times not to fix it. They couldn’t figure out how to start it so instead of calling me like a normal shop they replace it. When I had no problem starting my truck up an I told them that. So instead of leaving it alone an not even fixing the problem it was there for they charged me 250$ for something I said not to fix. An it sat there for 4 months not being wo... read more
