Hey I was in a bind! The tensioner seized up on my old rav4 and shredded the serpentine belt to boot. It was late in the day; almost quitting time but Charles at Abe's Foreign Auto Repair took the car in, no sweat. He replaced the tensioner, installed a new belt and even cleared that annoying yellow dash light that had been staying on all the time too.
