I’ve been to 4 different GPs there and they are all wonderful and really care about their patients.
Was so helpful about my issue and understanding very grateful to doctor Rudlin today who explained and showed interest in helping me in a bad situation
The appointment process is not the best but have been fortunate to get appointments on the same day the last three times I have needed them, usually for my toddler. feels silly that you can't book routine appointments though. Dr Moreno and Dr Bishop have been outstanding with myself and my daughter the last few appointments. They listen with compassion and without judgement and don't make me feel like we are wasting their time with our concerns/issues-they are excellent, especially when compared with some doctors we have exp... read more
If I could give no stars I would. Appointment with pharmacist for 14:10 arrived at 13:50 at 14:30 asked how much longer Miss Attitude behind the counter said I hadn't checked in !!!! She would inform him I am here!! Still waiting at 14:40 debating whether I can nip and do my shopping before I get called.
