Amazing staff you can tell they really care about your livelihood beautiful people and amazing apartments, lived here with a toxic ex got out as soon as I could but living here was a beautiful experience for me feeling surrounded by angels even while in a den of thieves ❤️
Management sucks... they don't take ur card info u cant get rent resets... apt was trashed when I moved in and didn't have hot water for a week the windows just fall out sink leaks blk mold under kitchen sink the fidge wouldn't close and seal was bad it took weeks to fix my food went bad.... I guess they fired every one no ones ever there I never got a mail box key or a dead bolt key... rich getto high disappointment 😞
I’ve been a resident for two months now and each time I have had an issue, the facility and maintenance has taken care of it promptly, even on weekends. I had returned to town on a Saturday and one of my smoke detectors required a new set of batteries, so I reported it through the Resident App not remembering I am able to call Emergency Maintenance. I then noticed the community 1st floor washer coin slot was jammed, so I reported that through the app as well. Come Sunday, maintenance came in and changed out the batteries and... read more
I have been here for several months and LOVE it!! The staff are friendly and courteous. They do their very best to make this building a home for its residents. Thank you!!!
Terrible place to live, i lived here for a year and towards the end of my lease they had kicked and locked me out of the payment portal. I had tried calling to give my rent as a money order and left numerous voicemails the never answered a single call, voicemail or email. Each month after February when i couldn’t reach anyone or log in to pay rent i called and never received anything back. The building smells like weed. The neighbors made homophobic comments toward me and others, but once again never got a hold of management... read more
