I was shopping around for insurance and Mark took the time To listen to my concerns, and gave me advise which was selfless. He did not get business from me, but gave me advise and guidance which helped me restore my relationship with my current insurance company. The fact that he gave me the steps to fix my issue, and did not try to pressure me into going with him, deserves an applause and the world should know. The owner Mark took time over multiple phone calls to learn my situation, provided relevant industry insights and made specific suggestions. He did this knowing I was tied to a another broker with no financial gain coming to his company. Would absolutely use this company in the future.
Pretty terrible communication & service. Called to ask for a quote and basically had to beg to get cooperation. It was clear the person I spoke to wasn't interested in helping me. When he finally told me Mercury had a moratorium on new policies, I asked for who he might suggest I reach out to for a policty and he just hung up on me. I'm sorry I had the audacity to call and try to give you money.
