If I could give negative stars, I would. Hiring this company to install windows was the biggest mistake I’ve made since trusting a YouTube tutorial to cut my own hair. First of all, they showed up three hours late without so much as a call. When they finally arrived, the crew looked like they’d been recruited from a Craigslist ad titled “No Experience Necessary.” One guy used a hammer like he was trying to summon Thor.
