Extremely disappointing - After ringing 3 weeks ago and being told there were available appointments in 2-3 weeks, I had to follow up 3 times after not being called by the intake team. After missing a single phone call and leaving my name and number for a call back, I still was left waiting without a response. After wasting 3 weeks of my time, they sent me a generic email telling me they do not have capacity - most unprofessional service I've encountered from a psychology clinic.
Only had positive experiences here.
