Excellent experience with service advisor John Norrish. I was having what appeared to be trouble with the power steering on my ATV. I live a long way away and was trying to avoid two return trips for service. John sent me a detailed email about possible causes and I was able to deal with it myself at minimal cost. I see reviews saying that they are backed up for service and I suspect it's universal.
