This place was not as advertised on the website . It showed a remodeled version . When I got moved in every where I looked there was a new issue . The front bathroom sink was rotted out at the bottom and it looked like mold around the base boards . I heard this place had set here a long time . So there is more work to be done in that bathroom . These are pretty places to live. They are very close to where they set blasts off to blow up rock. Then the dynamite goes off literally 30 feet away it shakes the whole place like an earth quake for a couple seconds. I don't know how these apartments are still structurally sound but they seem to be good. Also the grounds maintenance need to probably mow more often a bit. Grass does seem to get long in parts. It is a quiet neighborhood besides mail thieves and booms.
