people who are complaning about the HOA rules never lived in a HOA develooment. Aberdeen HOA is very reasonable, the renters don't live by the rules and don't like to follow rules. They need to leave and go in apartment living. I lived in other HOA communities and Aberdeen is way too lenient. For years this never followed the Bye laws and now its about time they do
I never post Google reviews, but hoping to save others looking to move here some trouble. Plus it should say something that I’m posting this from a burner account (hint: take a look at the other reviews about the HOA targeting individuals). If you’re a senior citizen with only 1 car and you believe strongly in “just follow the rules”, this community is probably for you and the board will cater to your preferences. The association that runs this condo complex is over reaching, targeted, aggressive, prejudice and unjustified in how they act. There is no explanation or reason on how they aggressively over rule this complex. The money is misappropriated to things like signs, white and blue lights, and wood structures over roads, facility repairs, gutters and simple side walk keep up.
