I absolutely love the Aberdeen Restore. I visit nearly every Thrifty Thursday. They take care to make sure everything is in great condition, the store is kept clean, and customer service is top notch. I highly enjoy John's daily videos on Facebook. You watch to see the deals, you stay to listen John. <3 He brightens up the day!
Absolutely love this store! The Aberdeen location has the best prices! The volunteers and staff are very friendly, helpful and professional! This location should be the national standard model for the other locations.
I had such high hopes for this place. We went to go drop off, and they told us donations were not open yet, which was fine, and I asked if the clothing drop off boxes in front of the building were open for us to drop the clothing in and then they proceed to scream at us we are not open, then I asked what time they open, which was sadly followed by them screaming we are not open. Very rude workers just standing in donation drop off.
