waiting an hour and a half to use an outside teller machine is ridiculous. All branches with outside tellers should be open!!!!!
When I walk into my credit union, there is a teller (Thanks Deanna!) that greets me by name. I don't know her outside of the CU, but am amazed by the customer service I get everytime I come to the branch.
