Worst service i have experienced. Advertised free quote. Came out to quote, offered to fix a small leaky drain in 10 min while there. Never mentioned a $160 service fee sent me a bill for parts and $160! Along with thr most expensive quote by 3 times as any other plumber. Very rude on the phone.yelling at me saying i want something for free. No, I want to be told ahead of time if there is a $160 service charge for something i could have done on my own. Quoted me $360 for a job and charged me almost $1k. I called to try and discuss my concerns and got no where. I then got a letter from a Lawyer only a few weeks later asking me to pay the amount plus an extra $205 for lawyers fee. CUSTOMER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WILL RIP YOU OFF.
