Did not expect what the website says about shipping out the same day your order is made or even the next day. I was actually happy to get my item 10 days after ordering it which means the postmark on the box they sent was 7 days after my order. The reason I'm giving them one star is because there is absolutely no way to contact this company. The phone number provided goes directly to voicemail saying that the voicemail is not set up so you can't even leave a message. And emailing them to both of their email accounts...... no... read more
I ordered my parts on July 10th and my credit card was billed immediately. I received an email stating the item would be shipped possibly the next business day but no longer than 4 days and I would receive an email with the shipping confirmation. I have sent several emails requesting information on the shipping details but have received no response. I called the number that was supplied and it goes to a recording that says the mailbox has not been set up. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received.

Poor customer service.
I ordered a relay on 8/11/18 for $22 (took the money instantly) today is the 22nd. No email stating it has been shipped. The phone number is a cell phone, and the voice mail is not setup. Needless to say I drove 60 miles and got the part for $5 ..... HORRIBLE . Update finally got my part. Was worried it was a scam. Now I have a backup.
