Our family was in Asheville for our daughter’s wedding and some of us stayed at the Aberdeen Inn. The Inn was notably old/historic but it was charming. However, the customer service was extremely poor. I accompanied my European family members to the Inn to assist with their check-in as English was not their first language. They were experiencing computers problems so we chatted with the Innkeeper for a bit and were stunned by his lack of customer service skills.
