Avoid Dr. Hsia at all costs. Extremely unprofessional and careless. I left feeling more frustrated than helped. I strongly recommend seeing someone else if you care about your health.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend had a medical check-up at this clinic and was referred to a specialist. For two months, there was no update, no calls, no information—nothing. Then, suddenly, yesterday, the hospital called and told my friend for surgery in just a couple of days. The worst part My friend had never even been informed about what the surgery was for. I would give more stars for Dr. Foo, she is a great doctor. Unfortunately I do not find the front staff professional. If you look up on the college of physicians, it is illegal to withhold sending files off to the clients new physician, pending payment. It’s been over a month and my new doctor is still waiting for the files. I point blank was told I had to pay first. Which I have done now, it just goes against the rules. I have had to postpone speaking with my new doctor again because of this.
If you looking for best doctor i strongly recommend Dr jo Ling Foo.i have lived in Canada over 30 years,she is the best doctor I ever mat because she have a sence of mission and values patient with her keen natures of Patient care.she won't miss anything you need it. She can take care of your entire family with a huge considerations.she also spend her time for best results for you!!!!
