If I could give 0 stars I would. The attitude of the staff is very rude and unforgiving. They have a “if you haven’t visited us in 3 years” you cannot see a family doctor policy that they did not notify patients about. I think it is ridiculous that if you are usually a healthy person, you are denied from health care. Does that mean I should be visiting my family doctor often even when I am not sick? I have been a patient there more than 13 yrs and the receptionists were the best until now. The receptionist sits on the left side of the counter was so rude to everyone and me. Why would someone wanna hire her?
💥 some helpful info for you new reviewers out there: This clinic doesn’t take walk ins they go by appointment (appointments open for booking on the 15th of each month for the 30 days into the future from the 15th. So on March 15 you can book March 16-April 15) This clinic has patients going back 25-30+ years. When Dr. Wong opened up this clinic most of his customers migrated over, he didn’t tell them, they asked around and hunted him down. The doc is nearing retirement and has slowed down appointments. I have been there a few times for doctor appointments before Covid. I just called and asked if I could book an appointment. The lady told me with a cold attitude, “We are not a walk-in clinic; you have to have a specific family doctor to book an appointment with” Speechless.
waited 1 hr for an appointment scheduled months ago, reception is rude
