Amazing place despite what anyone says. Ive been a patient here since I was a teenager (nearly 20 yrs) and they have treated me with respect and kindness for that time. Yes the staff can be a bit cold sometimes when they are talking on the phone and yes the wait time(not anymore !😄) can be long...but their job is not easy and they have hundreds of people to take care of each and every day. Rude, even by my Asian standard. But the good thing is, they don't mind if you're rude either. The front desk will also randomly changes your appointment time. What I mean by this is, when you finally booked an appointment, cancel your work and your daily plans. They'll call you a few days before the appointment date and change it. They'll say "doctor no time for you, what are you going to do? Cancel appointment?" So, don't be nice to the front desk please. It's for your own good.
