Rude receptionist. Acts like I killed her family or something. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like human.
My family doctor, Dr. Foo is great, super caring and friendly.
Dealing with the receptionists in this clinic makes my blood boil. The last time I tried to make an appointment, the lady put me on hold for quite a while, then when she offered a date and time, I said, "hold on, let me just check my calendar..." And as I sprinted over to see what dates I was available, she said, "I'm not interested in waiting. Goodbye." And hung up. Unfortunately, Dr. Fong isn't a great practitioner, either. She is just as rude and frazzled as her receptionists and makes you make a new appointment for each ... read more
