I had the same experience commentor Dan had, spoke to Brett he gave me an estimate was to call me on a Monday night to schedule no call, left two texts and one voice mail, ghosted, as of today, 3 weeks later, still no call, went with a competitor also from the area and was well taken care of. I have tried to schedule my projects with local contractors but have had the same issue with a local painter. I understand that a lot of factors can delay a job

The company keeps you informed of when time is available and they show up and do excellent quality work.
Well... The initial call was easy and the guy answered. He informed me he would come out on the following weekend to bid my house. Also he would text me the info. He did text back and forth regarding the property, but the weekend comes and goes. I ask if he had an idea of the cost. Nothing. Ghosted. I messaged again nothing. How unprofessional.
