The Caven family runs an excellent operation. Their friendly staff, great fuel prices, and fast service are second to none. Having flown in with a jet and small piston aircraft, you can expect great service no matter what you fly. At no other FBO will you see the owner out helping pump fuel and washing windows with a smile on his face
Just wanted to give a kudos to Janna and your front line staff for the excellent service we received earlier today. We had an air medical transport transporting from Aurora OR to Philadelphia today and everyone was so very helpful. Not being from that area I reached out to Jana who was helpful and assisted with fuel and food service for our crew. I have struggled with this in the past, so I appreciate your company’s hospitality.
We were arriving after hours, so called ahead and they said the place would be unlocked and also gave the door code. The place was all locked up and the door code didn’t work. Called the after hours number and no answer. Luckily Quest FBO did answer their after hours number and had someone out in 20 minutes. My next flights I’m bypassing Aberdeen Flying and going straight to Quest.
