Dr. Mrowiec has been my doctor for 21 years now. He is very caring, patience and listens to his patients. Sometimes he responds to me after work via telehealth. My only problem is that it is so difficult calling the office to make an appointment because no one responds and they don't call you back. So, I just drive to the office and make my appointment. It's in Aberdeen and close to my house. But overall, the providers are good and I love them.
I’ve been seeing Jamie Babb, PA and Dr. Mroweic in Maryland for almost 3 years and I’m very happy with my care. Jamie is so professional, patient, and always has such a kind smile — I feel really comfortable talking to her. Dr. Mroweic is great too: very knowledgeable, listens carefully, and explains things clearly. The whole staff is pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice!
My mom had been seeing Dr. Mroweic for about 20 yrs. and thought very highly of him. Lately however, he doesn't seem as engaged or invested in her care as he once was. She use to call his phone to talk to him personally regarding her medication (diabetes) and he use to take some time to talk to her even return her calls. He has these rude receptionists at the front desk who takes his calls with attitudes and they hang up on her and they don't give him her messages its too many of them.They even answer his personal phone.
