I have been calling this practice for 6 days straight to get hold of someone so I can appt, but no one reach out. I went online through Zocdoc and made an appt and the practice denied my appt request and for me to follow through with a call to make an appt. I followed through with a call, and again no one attempted to return my call. I will like to go this practice because it’s close to my home and the reviews were good. I am lost for words at this point.
After I was treated so rudely and unprofessionally by Dr. Lee’s office, we chose AFP. My family and I have been going here for years. Sometimes we have a hard time reaching the front desk by phone to make an appointment and they are usually friendly (with few exceptions). We all see Jamie Baab, PA. When we move from the area, we wish we could take her with us! She is brilliant. And she LISTENS!!! I have had so many providers dismiss my and my family’s symptoms, but I never got that with Jamie.
