After waiting 3 days for the pickup no one showed up or called to explain, so I called and they said they don't have driver but Not reliable at all.
Easy hook and drop, washroom available.
Driver improperly merged hit my wife's car mirror and then fled scene. Lied to insurance about the incident and now we are stuck with the bill. Would not recommend - As a former freight broker, I will be reaching out to friends/companies of the trade in the region to get them on the DNU list, and possibly looking to place a Freightguard. Very shady company!!
If I could offer less than one star, I would. Freight has been assigned to Aberdeen by one of our customer's third party logistics providers. First time, the pickup was missed every day for a week. Had another shipment assigned to Aberdeen, same 3PL company and the pickup has been missed three days in a row. If you can't handle the freight in a timely manner, don't accept the order.
