Rundown place but seems to be liked by mostly locals. The food quality is about what you’d expect from a run down McDonald’s, and unfortunately, the service is about the same level. We ordered wheat toast and pancakes with chocolate chips. They brought me white toast and plain pancakes instead. Even the syrup comes in a little flip-top container like you’d get with McDonald’s Hotcakes. You’ll spot the staff outside in the back smoking cigarettes. That may be why it takes so long to get your food.
