- Changed my appointment time without informing me. Staff called to bump my time to 10:15am, then added, "If you can make it at 10am, that's better." That was over a month ago. I marked it in my smartphone calendar. When I got there at 10am, staff said, "your appointment's at 10:30am" and asked me to "return 20 minutes later." Good thing it's only 30 minutes.
