We recently moved into a new home that was left a mess by the previous owners. The carpets were gross and were soaked with dog urine. Aberdeen carpets came to the rescue and were kind enough to leave us extra solution to help eliminate the smell. The owner was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The booking process was simple and the customer service was exceptional. All around 5 star service from beginning to end.
I have used Aberdeen carpet cleaning services for many years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and outcome of the cleaning of my carpets, area rugs and upholstery. This is a family run business - father and son. I needed few rugs cleaned - and brought back before the move. They did it on short notice, and brought them back cleaned and dry, when they said they would. Afterwards, when the house was cleared in our move, they were to clean two rooms, spot clean another, stairs and landing. They went in, cleaned 4 rooms fully, as well as the stairs and landing, after movers had gone - and left them clean and fresh - without changing us extra for the extra cleaning they did.
