This is an update to my previous review: I have been a long time customer at Aberdeen Auto Collision. I have brought in several vehicles for body work in the past and each time the repairs were performed flawlessly. The cars looked like they just came out of the showroom. My most recent experience was when my wife's SUV was hit in the parking lot of an elementary school. My vehicle had a run in with an object recently that resulted in some minor damage to the front bumper area. After contacting several repair shops in the area, I was surprised by the amount quoted for the replacement parts. Someone then recommended contacting Aberdeen Auto Collision Repair. The quote I received from Alex was much more reasonable and the repair was fast and accurate. I would definitely use repair shop again in the future.
Great service they worked with the insurance company and had no problems. Very friendly. Highly recommend!
I came in to repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the outcome I still had a few scratches left on my driver door that should have been fixed , Alex will lie to you and tell your car will be ready in 3days but ends being 7-8 days very unprofessional , Alex is very rude.
