I had an excellent experience with this shop! The shop owner and his team are not only skilled but also very fair and honest. When I was at the waiting room I saw that they take the time to explain everything clearly to a waiting customer without pushing unnecessary repairs, which really shows their integrity. I first went here to get my cars inspected when I first moved here. It didn’t take long for me to realize that Pat is a solid dude. He doesn’t up charge you or sell you on things you don’t want or need. He is straight up and won’t screw you over. This is the only shop I go to for things I can’t do myself. The biggest thing that sticks out to me is Pat is all about safety. He will not allow you to leave is something is sketchy or seems off. Poor customer service. Told me one thing on the phone and another in person. Older lady at the counter unprofessional and instead of confirming provided me incorrect information. Would not recommend not caring or professional. And no one said they were upset. This is a place called “reviews” correct? And that’s exactly what this is. A review of my experience!
I won't take my car anywhere else. Aberdeen auto care is my go to. They don't overcharge like most places and they are honest with the repairs needed to keep you safe on the road.
