My (17 yr old) son took his car here & they did inspection... he failed. However, STAN told him EXACTLY what he needed fixed & Mas did it all, he brought it back & Stan saw that he had done all the work! He passed him & Ive never seen such honest workmanship in ever! Thank you & we will be lifelong clients of your stellar business! If I could give you 10 ▪︎ I would!!!
How poor do y’all have to be to rip hard working people off and say take us to court instead of acknowledging your mistake… I had came here about a year ago with a really old car before we upgraded and I thought they were really nice in there but it has came to my attention that a family member went up there to get their car fixed and they didnt fix a thing and refused to correct their mistake. I had an excellent experience with this shop! The shop owner and his team are not only skilled but also very fair and honest. When I was at the waiting room I saw that they take the time to explain everything clearly to a waiting customer without pushing unnecessary repairs, which really shows their integrity. I was at the shop for my dreaded MD inspection. What impressed me most was the accuracy of their vehicle inspection. I first went here to get my cars inspected when I first moved here. It didn’t take long for me to realize that Pat is a solid dude. He doesn’t up charge you or sell you on things you don’t want or need. He is straight up and won’t screw you over. This is the only shop I go to for things I can’t do myself. The biggest thing that sticks out to me is Pat is all about safety. He will not allow you to leave is something is sketchy or seems off. Poor customer service. Told me one thing on the phone and another in person. Older lady at the counter unprofessional and instead of confirming provided me incorrect information. Would not recommend not caring or professional. And no one said they were upset. This is a place called “reviews” correct? And that’s exactly what this is. A review of my experience!
