​I'm deeply disturbed by the lack of empathy and the cold, judgmental energy of this office. I fully acknowledge that missing two back-to-back appointments is frustrating and that a doctor’s time is valuable; however, my absences were not due to a lack of respect, but due to the unpredictable nature of being a mother to a high-needs special needs child and relying entirely on Medicaid Community Transit for transportation. I'm so happy I found Aberdeen Audiology and Dr. Goyne. I've suffered from tinnitus for about 30 years - a result of many ear tube and reconstructive surgeries. I actually read about LENIRE in Norman Doidge's book, The Brain's Way of Healing, and my wife found Aberdeen Audiology through YouTube. The device was quite helpful, and within a couple of months, I found myself thinking less and less about my tinnitus. Shocked by the lack of knowledge that this practice has for payments using HSA cards. We were led astray by the administrative staff who told us we could use our HSA card to pay Care Credit, the financer, to a two year financing plan. It turns out, Care Credit does not accept it. Aberdeen Audiology should have known this before selling us the device.
