Been moved in since February and I am loving it! It feels like home and the condos look beautiful. I do wish the lawn and garbage service was a bit better though!
Nice complex. Too easy to get lost. Not enough guest parking. Pet friendly. The 2 bdrm 2 bth was only 1400 SF for $1600/mo and the layout had some wasted space that could have been better utilized. Kitchen really small. No storage space to speak of beyond bedroom closet. Ugh. Good location in Macomb twp. Just overpriced because it's in upcoming new area.
