If you want him to look at your property and have it undervalue because they use comps from 10-12 months prior then these are your guys. It appears that he has not been in business long and has no idea how to properly value a property. It took him over 3 weeks to schedule and another 2 weeks to provide a report. When disputed the appraisal i shared comps (5) of them closer to my property, more accurate to the size if my home and that closed in the last 90 days relative to the current market he did nothing to correct it.
