Ughh I hate that place ima child but I’m sooo freaking glad we made it out of there it was terrible so Basically first the manager does not do anything. She is barely around second they have rats nothing’s clean third they have shootings for no one’s out there. All the houses are dirty. Don’t move in. Nice place to visit
Terrible management they never fix anything, try to tell you who can and can't be around the complex not worth it. The lady Jenn major b word always nosy getting into your business trying to boss all her tenants around like she's there mother smh no professionalism from her either her bad mouth and the way she talks to people, she should be ashamed.
I moved to Aberdeen Acres in April of 2021. It had just been purchased by a company in CA with local management here in Texas. The owners were kept in the dark as to what was needed by the management company and were borderline corrupt for both this property and its sister property The Bowie. One year later the owners took over and despite the slow start things started to improve. The parking lot was repaved; much needed evictions took place and more on-site personnel were hired. Property floods, you loose all your belongings and they dont care no compassion and dont fix the drainage issues. Claim renters insurance will fix it. A company from California came in sent a retaliatory landlord who tried to evict everyone saying they didn't pay. when they did everyone had pay stubs it didnt work. Theyre trying to run people out so they can gouge the prices so now theyre retaliating more by neglecting serious repairs from flood damages. My cats catch about 23 rats a month. Its horrible.
