I have sent several emails to Hassan for a quote for my very serious client interested in a private tour of South Korea and have received no response at all. Not very good service for a luxury tour operator. I will definitely not be recommending your services since your agents don't ever give the courtesy to reply.

This company completely derailed what was supposed to be a meaningful, once-in-a-lifetime trip for three generations of women in my family. After selecting their Northern Italy tour, I rearranged my entire schedule and rebooked flights and hotels to match their itinerary — only to be told within four hours that I was suddenly waitlisted. We have traveled several times with A&K, but will not use them again. Previously, our small group trips have been spectacular with native guides using their expertise to provide personalized service. Trips always included something special. This last trip was a cattle drive. The guide was not from the countries we visited, and everything we experienced, I could have booked on my own.
