Was trying to return an order that I had exchanged online prior to coming in. There was a sassy young man (didn’t catch his name) at the counter that gave me lots of attitude, as if I was heavily inconveniencing him. He said the return wasn’t possible even though I was under the holiday return policy, and kept rolling his eyes and sighing. He then said my order was “completely glitching and messing up the system”, and that he needed to go get a manager. Came to the store 30 minutes after opening (according to Google maps as well as official website working hours), and were told they are not open until 11 (yes, there was a person there who told us to wait until they open). Go elsewhere until they figure out when they should or should not open and update their hours accordingly.
The regular store is open now!
