I’ve been a loyal A&F customer for years, with many pieces collected over time. This store has always been my go-to. However, tonight I had one of the worst customer service experiences, solely due to one individual—an employee who I believe is a manager named "G." My sister and I spent over $630 tonight and were in the store for about two hours, shopping, trying on clothes, and using the A&F app to compare prices.
