That cute handsome Greek boy named Alex packed my order so nice and neat. I just love him so much. The store smells like my ex boyfriend. It’s my favorite!
The very rude and dismissive associates 100% made me turn around and shop elsewhere. They made me feel as if I was an inconvenience to them especially because they were in such a good conversation with each other and God forbid a customer needed help.

I love A&F and I’ve been shopping here for years so I know how good their customer service can be, but this store in particular is just not it. Everytime I’ve gone in there the associates are rude and dismissive it completely ruins your shopping experience to the point where I only shop online and pick up in store, even then I go to pickup my package the cashiers will be gossiping amongst themselves for a while even when they see you waiting on them to call you up (mind you this was at the end of the day and it wasn’t busy).... read more
Came in the other day and the cashier was worried more about her conversation than letting me pick up my order. I don’t know who is training them but maybe the store needs a new management.
