delt with very rude person saying her name was Pamela after traveling 2 hours for VA CNP to find again this facility not equipped for veterans using a mobility scooter, and let me say again it compounds the issues when encountering someone in a medical facility with no compassion and no professionalism, and not helpful
I had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly to me.
This facility as a whole is terrible. They shouldn’t send veterans here at all. The staff acts as if they don’t want to be bothered or work here let alone exist for that matter. Malika Batie NP (license #RN201627) has conducted 2 C&P exams on me since I’ve started my process with the VA and she is one nasty individual. No decorum whatsoever and obviously does not know how to properly do her job. Very rude receptionist & overall dreary environment, does not seem like they take patient care seriously.
