Spoke today with Mark. What a great help. He helped me with a minor issue (that I could not figure out) over the phone. He took the time to walk me through a non warranty item that he made no money on. Highly recommend.
Have had the Banff for years now and no issues, not a single failed part not even the heater element. But the best part is Mark, every time I have a question he goes above and beyond to answer me in great detail and always very quick to respond.
Incredible customer service and post sales support. Mark is a true professional and goes the extra mile. Absolutely love our hottub and the continued support Mark and his team have offered. Would highly recommend h20 spas to anyone looking to purchase a hottub. Great to support a local family businesss who genuinely care!
We have owned a Banff spa from H2O for over 10years. They are incredibly helpful and post warranty are very helpful in trying to find the most cost effective way for resolving any issue that is bound to arise (parts do wear out). Most recently our Spa Pack (the blue box that controls everything) went on the fritz. Mark spent time with me on the phone helping diagnose and find potential work arounds. I inherited an older H2O spa when I purchased my house 8 years ago. The hottub vintage is circa 2005. It runs during all four seasons and has been a workhorse. Within those 8 years I have only experienced two problems. Being an amateur handy man, I was able to source parts and complete the repairs with excellent advice from the staff.
